هذه النسخة العربية هي النسخة المعتمدة من هذه الشروط؛ والترجمة الإنجليزية مقدَّمة للتيسير. وعند أي اختلاف بين النصّين، يُعتدّ بالنص العربي.
استخدامُ تطبيق سيرتك وإنشاءُ سيرتك الذاتية ومعاينتُها كلُّها مجانية وغير محدودة. وتظهر السيرة في وضع المعاينة بصيغة PDF تحمل علامةً مائية عبر صفحاتها، وهي نسخةٌ للاطّلاع لا تصلح للإرسال. ولا يُطلب منك أي دفع لإنشاء سيرتك أو معاينتها.
«الرصيد» وحدةٌ تتيح لك تصدير سيرة ذاتية واحدة نظيفة، بلا علامة مائية، بصيغة PDF جاهزة للإرسال.
متى يُخصم الرصيد. يُخصم الرصيد فور تأكيدك استخدامه على سيرة بعينها، أي قبل التصدير. وبهذا الخصم تُزال العلامة المائية عن تلك السيرة داخل التطبيق مباشرةً، ويصبح تصديرها نظيفةً متاحًا لك في أي وقت.
قبل أول تصدير نظيف. تبقى سيرتك قابلة للمراجعة والتعديل بلا حدود ودون أي رصيد إضافي؛ فصحّح ما تشاء ثم صدّرها نظيفةً متى كنت جاهزًا. ويظلّ حقّك في التصدير النظيف قائمًا على تلك السيرة إلى أن تستعمله.
عند أول تصدير نظيف. تُحفَظ تلك النسخة لديك في التطبيق ضمن «سِيَرك المحفوظة»، ويمكنك إعادة تصديرها بلا علامة مائية وبلا حدّ ودون أي رصيد إضافي، بالتصميم نفسه الذي صدّرتها به، ما دامت محفوظة على هذا الجهاز (انظر البند 4).
بعد ذلك التصدير. يُنشئ تعديلُ محتوى تلك السيرة — أي تغيير ما تقوله عن خبراتك أو مؤهلاتك أو مهاراتك — سيرةً جديدة تستلزم رصيدًا جديدًا لتصديرها نظيفة. ولا يُعدّ تصحيحُ بيانات التواصل (الاسم أو رقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني أو المدينة أو رابط لينكدإن أو الصورة الشخصية) تعديلًا للمحتوى، فهو لا يستلزم رصيدًا أبدًا.
خطاب التقديم. يفتح الرصيد كذلك خطاب تقديم واحدًا مرتبطًا بتلك السيرة. ويمكنك تخصيص الخطاب لأي وظيفة تشاء وتغييره بلا حدود قبل نسخه؛ وعند نسخه يُحفَظ لك في «سِيَرك المحفوظة» ويمكنك نسخه متى شئت دون رصيد إضافي. أما تخصيص خطاب لوظيفة أخرى بعد ذلك فيستلزم رصيدًا جديدًا. ويظلّ الخطاب متاحًا لك للنسخ حتى بعد تعديل محتوى السيرة.
وإنشاءُ خطاب واحد لكل سيرة مجاني، حتى قبل استخدام أي رصيد — تراه كاملًا قبل أن تدفع — غير أن نسخه يستلزم رصيدًا.
صلاحية الرصيد. لا تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد بمرور الوقت؛ غير أنه محفوظ على جهازك وحده (انظر البند 4).
يقدّم التطبيق باقتين من الأرصدة تُشترى لمرة واحدة، دون أي اشتراك:
تظهر الأسعار داخل التطبيق كما يحدّدها متجر التطبيقات الذي نزّلت منه سيرتك، والسعر المعروض هو إجمالي ما تدفعه. ويتولّى نظامُ الدفع في المتجر معالجةَ عملية الدفع؛ فلا يطّلع التطبيق على تفاصيل وسيلة الدفع لديك ولا يخزّنها، ولا يتلقّى المبلغ منك مباشرة. ففي متجر Apple (App Store) تكون Apple هي التاجر المسجَّل (merchant of record)، ويشمل السعرُ ما قد يُستحَقّ من ضريبة القيمة المضافة التي تتولّى Apple توريدها. أما في Google Play فيعالج نظامُ الدفع لدى Google عملية الدفع نيابةً عنّا، وتكون شركة عبدالله حمد المطرفي هي البائع المسجَّل.
يُحفظ رصيدك وسِيَرك المحفوظة على هذا الجهاز وحده. لا يُنشئ التطبيق حسابًا، ولا يحتفظ بأي سجلٍّ للرصيد أو للسير على خوادمه، ولا يزامن شيئًا منها بين الأجهزة. ويترتّب على ذلك:
لذلك ننصحك باستخدام أرصدتك على الجهاز نفسه الذي اشتريتها عليه، وبحفظ نسخة من سيرتك المصدَّرة خارج التطبيق، قبل حذف التطبيق أو تغيير الجهاز.
تتم عمليات الشراء عبر متجر التطبيقات الذي نزّلت منه، وتخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسة ذلك المتجر وإجراءاته. فإن كنت قد نزّلت التطبيق من App Store، فاطلب الاسترداد عبر صفحة الإبلاغ عن مشكلة لدى Apple على الرابط: reportaproblem.apple.com. وإن كنت قد نزّلته من Google Play، فاطلب الاسترداد من سجلّ طلباتك في تطبيق Google Play، أو وفق سياسة استرداد Google Play على الرابط: support.google.com/googleplay. ولا تتولّى الجهةُ المشغّلة معالجةَ مدفوعاتك ببطاقتك مباشرةً: ففي App Store تكون Apple هي التاجر المسجَّل التي تتولّى الاسترداد، وفي Google Play تُعالَج عملية الاسترداد عبر نظام الدفع في Google Play على النحو الموضّح أعلاه.
ويُسلَّم الرصيد ويُستهلك فور تأكيدك استخدامه على سيرة بعينها — إذ تُزال عندئذٍ العلامة المائية عن تلك السيرة، ويصبح تصديرها نظيفةً متاحًا لك في أي وقت — وهو محتوى رقمي يُؤدَّى فورًا بموافقتك الصريحة. ولذلك لا يكون الرصيد المستهلَك قابلاً للاسترجاع عادةً بموجب أنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية وحماية المستهلك في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وإن خُصم الرصيد ولم تصدّر السيرة نظيفةً بعدُ، فلا تفقد شيئًا: يبقى حقّك في تصديرها نظيفةً قائمًا على تلك السيرة إلى أن تستعمله، ما دامت محفوظةً على هذا الجهاز ولم تحذف بياناتك (انظر البند 6). ومع ذلك، نتعامل بإنصاف مع أي طلبٍ معقول، ونوجّهك إلى قناة المتجر المناسبة.
وينبغي أن تعلم أن إجراء «سحب الموافقة وحذف بياناتي» داخل التطبيق يحذف سِيَرك الذاتية المحفوظة كلَّها، بما فيها السير التي استخدمتَ رصيدًا لفتحها، وخطابات التقديم المرتبطة بها، فلا تعود قادرًا على إعادة تصديرها من داخل التطبيق. فإن أردت الاحتفاظ بها فصدّرها واحفظها خارج التطبيق قبل سحب موافقتك.
وإن كنت قد خصمت رصيدًا على سيرة ولم تصدّرها نظيفةً بعدُ، فإن الحذف يُفقدك تلك السيرة والرصيد المخصوم عليها معًا. فصدّرها قبل سحب موافقتك.
ولا يشمل ذلك الإجراءُ رصيدَك غير المستخدم المحفوظ على هذا الجهاز — فهو رصيدٌ دفعتَ مقابله ويظلّ متاحًا لك للاستخدام، ولا يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخةٍ منه على أي خادم — ولا واقعةَ الشراء التي يحتفظ بها متجر التطبيقات (Apple أو Google) باعتبارها سجلًّا لازمًا للوفاء بالتزام تعاقدي أو مالي (كالاسترداد أو الضريبة) ضمن ما يجيزه نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. ولمزيد من التفصيل، انظر سياسة الخصوصية.
جميع عمليات الشراء لمرة واحدة. لا يتضمّن التطبيق أي اشتراك متجدّد، ولا يُجدَّد أي مبلغ تلقائيًا.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من حين إلى آخر، وننشر النسخة السارية مع رقم إصدارها وتاريخه. ويحكم كلَّ عملية شراء نصُّ الشروط الساري وقت إتمامها، ولا يُطبَّق عليها تحديثٌ لاحق يُنقص ما اشتريته. والنسخ السابقة من هذه الشروط متاحة عند الطلب على بريد الدعم.

Using Seertak and creating and previewing your CV is free and unlimited. The CV appears in preview mode as a PDF watermarked across its pages — a copy for review that is not suitable for sending. No payment is required to create or preview your CV.
A "credit" is a unit that lets you export one clean CV — without a watermark — as a send-ready PDF.
When the credit is deducted. The credit is deducted the moment you confirm using it on a particular CV — that is, before you export. On that deduction the watermark is removed from that CV inside the app, and a clean export becomes available to you at any time.
Before your first clean export. Your CV remains fully reviewable and editable, without limit and at no further cost; correct whatever you wish and export it clean when you are ready. Your right to that clean export remains attached to that CV until you use it.
On your first clean export. That copy is saved for you in the app under "Your saved CVs", and you may re-export it without a watermark, without limit and at no further cost, in the same design you exported it in, for as long as it remains on this device (see section 4).
After that export. Changing the content of that CV — that is, changing what it says about your experience, qualifications or skills — creates a new CV, which requires a new credit to export clean. Correcting your contact details (name, phone number, email, city, LinkedIn or photo) is not a change of content and never requires a credit.
Cover letter. A credit also unlocks one cover letter associated with that CV. You may re-tailor that letter to any posting, without limit, before you copy it; once you copy it, it is saved for you under "Your saved CVs" and you may copy it again whenever you wish, at no further cost. Tailoring a letter for a different posting after that requires a new credit. The letter remains available for you to copy even after you change the CV's content.
Generating one letter per CV is free, even before you use a credit — you see the whole letter before you pay — but copying it requires a credit.
Credits do not expire. A credit does not lapse with time; it is, however, stored on your device alone (see section 4).
The app offers two credit packs, each a one-time purchase, with no subscription:
Prices are shown inside the app as set by the app store you downloaded Seertak from, and the price shown is the total amount you pay. The app store's billing system processes the payment; the app never sees or stores your payment-method details and never receives the payment from you directly. On the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record, and the price includes any applicable VAT, which Apple remits. On Google Play, Google's billing system processes the payment on our behalf, and Abdullah Hamad Almatrafi Co. is the seller of record.
Your credits and your saved CVs are stored on this device alone. The app creates no account, keeps no record of your credits or your CVs on any server of its own, and syncs none of it across devices. As a result:
We therefore recommend that you use your credits on the same device on which you bought them, and that you keep a copy of your exported CV outside the app, before deleting the app or changing devices.
Purchases are made through the app store you downloaded from, and refunds are subject to that store's policy and process. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, request a refund through Apple's report-a-problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you downloaded it from Google Play, request a refund through your order history in the Google Play app, or under the Google Play refund policy at support.google.com/googleplay. The operator does not handle your card payment directly: on the App Store, Apple is the merchant of record and processes the refund; on Google Play, the refund is handled through Google Play's billing system as described above.
A credit is delivered and consumed the moment you confirm using it on a particular CV — at that moment the watermark is removed from that CV and a clean export becomes available to you at any time — which is digital content performed immediately with your express consent. A consumed credit is therefore generally not returnable under the e-commerce and consumer-protection regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If a credit has been deducted and you have not yet exported the CV clean, you lose nothing: your right to that clean export remains attached to that CV until you use it, for as long as it remains on this device and you have not erased your data (see section 6). Even so, we handle any reasonable request fairly and direct you to the appropriate app-store channel.
Please note that the in-app "Withdraw consent and delete my data" action deletes all of your saved CVs, including any CV you used a credit to unlock, and the cover letters associated with them, after which you will no longer be able to re-export them from within the app. If you want to keep them, export them and save them outside the app before withdrawing your consent.
If you have deducted a credit on a CV and not yet exported it clean, the deletion costs you both that CV and the credit deducted on it. Export it before withdrawing your consent.
That action does not cover your unspent credit balance stored on this device — this is spendable credit you have already paid for, and the app keeps no copy of it on any server — nor the fact of the purchase, which the app store (Apple or Google) holds as a record needed to meet a contractual or financial obligation (such as a refund or tax) within what the Personal Data Protection Law permits. All purchases are one-time. The app contains no recurring subscription, and no amount renews automatically.
We may update these terms from time to time, and we publish the version in force with its version number and date. Each purchase is governed by the text of these terms in force at the time that purchase is completed, and no later update that reduces what you bought is applied to it. Earlier versions of these terms are available on request from our support email.
