الغرض: ما تكتبه هنا يُعالَج لغرض واحد: دراسة مشروعك والتواصل معك بشأنه. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية؛ وتُخزَّن لدى مزوّد الخدمات السحابية داخل المملكة (منطقة الدمام) بصفته جهة معالجة لحسابنا.

مكان التخزين: التخزين الأساسي لبياناتك داخل المملكة العربية السعودية — Google Cloud، منطقة الدمام (me-central2).

المعالجة بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي: قد نستعين بالذكاء الاصطناعي لإعداد ملخص داخلي لوصف فكرتك. بيانات التواصل — الاسم والجوال والبريد — تُستبعد من هذه المعالجة ولا تدخل فيها. لهذا السبب أيضًا: لا تكتب أرقام هويات أو بيانات حساسة داخل وصف الفكرة.

مدة الاحتفاظ: إذا لم يتقدّم المشروع، نحتفظ بطلبك 12 شهرًا ثم نحذفه. ويمكنك طلب حذفه في أي وقت قبل ذلك عبر legal@almatrafi.studio.

سجل الموافقة: عند الإرسال يُحفَظ مع طلبك وقتُ موافقتك ورقم نسخة هذا الإشعار.

يخضع هذا الإشعار لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية (PDPL). النص العربي هو النص المعتمد.

Purpose: what you write here is processed for one purpose: evaluating your project and contacting you about it. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is stored with our cloud provider inside the Kingdom (Dammam region), acting as a processor on our behalf.

Storage: primary storage of your data is inside Saudi Arabia — Google Cloud, Dammam region (me-central2).

AI-assisted processing: we may use AI assistance to prepare an internal summary of your idea description. Contact details — name, mobile, email — are excluded from that processing. For the same reason: do not include ID numbers or sensitive data in the idea description.

Retention: if the project does not go ahead, we keep your submission for 12 months, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time before that via legal@almatrafi.studio.

Consent record: when you submit, the time of your consent and this notice version are stored with your submission.

This notice is governed by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). The Arabic text is authoritative.
